This was the first time I’d been to Bob Coates and I will definitely be back! They are a super friendly service and extremely well priced! My cost of work included a full service and MOT. I was unable to collect my car straight after it was completed due to work commitments and they offered suggestions and helped me come up with an alternative solution! If I could mark higher than 5 I would!!

Great customer service. I need some follow up work to be carried out this week too but it has all been explained to me fully and I know what cost to incur. The EGR valve is sticking so it needs to be rectified as it affects performance. This is a big job and the cost has been explained to me and what to expect in terms of the time scale.

After an mot in march, i booked the car in for a full service.on the day i decided to include some additional work based upon " watch or repair adviseraries" on the mot. bob coates motors took the request in their stride, considering there were a lot of cars waiting on the forecourt. they called back to confirm the work(discs and pads) could be included if they kept the car overnight. pleased with the outcome and feel prepared for whatever covid restrictions arise in the coming year..
