The problem was identified as soon as I took it in (max 20 mins) and after I explained I was due to go on holiday with the car in a few days time they offered to carry out the repair quickly. The car was repaired within 24 hours despite the garage being extremely busy. A great deal off my mind and a great job done

I have been using Cowperthwaites for a few years and Brian and his team are always brilliant. The whole team are always very friendly, professional and helpful. As a woman on my own I always feel Brian goes above and beyond to reassure me and get my car repaired quickly. My latest visit (break failure) was repaired within 48hrs. Highly recommend this 5* garage.

Having a puncture six miles from home (Penrith) I phoned the garage they sent a mechanic within half an hour who swapped the wheel on my Rav4 and then escorted me to the garage to sort out the repair of the damaged tyre. Brilliant!!

Brian and his colleagues always provide excellent service. They are particularly great at patiently explaining the problems with the vehicle (I have no idea about cars!). Would definitely recommend.

It has taken me 6 years to find this gem of a place! Good old fashioned service, how it used to be. Only had the wheels/tyres laser tracked but it now drives like a different car. Highly recommend and relieved I have finally found a trustworthy local garage.
