Highfield Engineering, also known as Filby's Garage, was established in Willington in 1943 by Victor Filby. We offer a wide variety of services including: Diagnostics, vehicle servicing, air conditioning, brakes, clutches, exhausts, batteries and in house MOT testing. We offer a free local collection and delivery service and take most major credit and debit cards.

I have used this family business since 1963 and have never ever had to complain. Excellent all round, service and charges. Highly reccomended.

Highfield engineering carried out the repair work to get my car through the MOT with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience to me. Despite the car having a broken suspension coil spring and bearing, they ordered the new parts updated me on the telephone and had my car back on the road the very next day. The price was very reasonable considering everything. I would highly recommend them.

My inquiry was a problem of non starting Volvo V70 Phoned for diagnostics and the information given was spot on after the first phone call it took about 2 mins to sort my problem this was the first time using this garage but will not be the last Very professional would recommend them all day long

As an OAP, they know how important my car is to me. Not a luxury but a necessity. All to often they have gone the extra mile to ensure my car is always reliable and ready for me to use. A little advise here, a forwarning there has ensured that any future cost are highlighted, to allowed me to put a little aside in advance. It is the sort of service I remember from almost 60 years ago.

Always good service, friendly, efficient and always professional. Not too expensive and will always tell you if you need to watch something on your vehicle for the future.Been dealing with them for over 40 years with many different vehicles, i've never had a complaint.
