Went in to Holbrook Motor Services as I had a tyre pressure light on my car, they ran a diagnostic check and informed me it was that I had a puncture. Holbrook Motors was recommended to me by a friend. When I arrived at the garage I was greeted by a John who was extremely polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the fault with my car and booked in in to be fixed. Although the repair bill was hefty the level of customer service softened the blow.

I can always rely on their help. Last year my seat belt alarm kept going off. they said if I had a bag on the seat next to me to try and take it off the seat an it worked.

First time ive used this garage after reading there reviews, i thought i would give them a try as it seemed they were very good. I was not disappointed, on arrival the garage looks very clean and tidy and a homely look to it, with hanging baskets. i was met and and taken to a lovely viewing area, and offed, coffee and biscuits, which i think is a lovely touch, had my mot carried out without any issues. ive now booked in for a full service next week. this place is a credit to the owners, who really take the time to give it a personal touch. Keep up the good work gentleman.
