We were on holiday in Ludlow and our citroen berlingo had a fault with the rear suspension. I contacted JD Automotive the car was quickly booked in and the fault diagnosed. The vehicle required a new rear axle. Prior to phoning me the garage had obtained quotes for a used and a new axle. A clear and detailed explanation of parts required and costings was given.The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. The staff were very polite and displayed excellent customer skills. It was a traumatic experience having a major breakdown on holiday and bill for major repairs, however, the standard of service displayed by this company provided a positive experience.
