I was leaving my car at Lodge Service Station on my way to work before it opened; I was given clear instructions on where to leave my keys. I was pleased to receive a call to say they were about to start to work and to confirm the problem I had identified, I was kept informed about the progress of the job. This garage was great - they were fast with the work being done. They were transparent about prices and what needed to be done vs what they thought should also get done. They were friendly and I didn't feel daft asking questions. They also fitted my reg plate back on for free!I am very happy and I will be going back.

This garage was great - they were fast, quick and very open about what was wrong. They made sure I was OK with all repairs, and they explained what the problem was. They were friendly and not at all patronising (as a woman, I can find men in garages to be a bit scary and patronising because I don't have a clue about what they are doing!) I recommend this garage to anyone, and am now relieved to have found a garage that I can trust!

My car recently failed its MOT due to a split in the offside front steering rack gaiter. I rely on my car a lot for work, the guys at Lodge Service Station gave me excellent advice and feedback on why my car failed the MOT. They also booked my car in asap for the repair work and MOT retest. Their customer service is second to none and work quality is even better, very happy customer indeed.

I bought my car from a used dealer. I noticed the radiator was leaking,the radiator was not covered under the warranty but the dealer paid for a new radiator and they fitted it at Lodge. superb. Despite a fully booked week he made time to check the fault and rectify it first thing the very next day so we could go away for Easter. Sterling.

I rang the garage on Thursday lunchtime after finding their number/reviews on google to book in for an MOT. The call was quick and friendly and I was given an MOT booking time of 9am the following morning (Friday) which couldn't have been better/quicker etc. The booking in & drop off was quick and simple. My vehicle failed the initial MOT which I expected and was clearly given a list of jobs that were required and a total cost. Even though the car needed over £500 worth of parts/labour to pass the MOT I was still able to collect the car that same evening. Due to work/traffic I wouldn't have been able to get back before the garage closed, so I called and was able to leave the car for collection the following morning. On collecting the car the work carried out was clearly listed and discussed and I am extremely impressed with the vehicle repairs, service and standards I received as a new customer. I will be using the service again and have already recommended you to my brother. 10/10
