I had an issue with my exhaust, I called and was asked to bring the car down straight away, I had the issue diagnosed and the work explained and carried out by lunchtime.

Excellent service, went out of their way to find me cables for my door. Dealership prices were ridiculous so sourced alternative's. Then managed to sort my MOT last minute. Usually go to a different garage but after this first class service will be switching

Car broke down, left it outside MVR Auto's Ltd, called Keith the next day to advise, he had no qualms what so ever and went onto repair the vehicle. Keith kept me informed of what was happening and the customer service was excellent. Honest, trustworthy and this is where I will be going from now on.

I've been going to MVR for years now, it was originally recommended to me because they are reliable and honest, and I have always found that to be the case. This is the third car I have taken to them now, I always use them for MOT, service and repairs. There are no hidden charges and they are always honest and helpful. I have moved house and don't live nearby anymore, but I will still continue to use this garage despite the distance.

I took my car in for an MOT I dropped off at 8.30am , by 10 I was told it failed its MOT. Which I was half expecting by thought it might just pass , but the parts were ordered within the day. It was all done by 2pm I was so happy with the service, that I will not be going anywhere else from now on.

Keith was easy to talk to and really informative. Went above and beyond with customer service as our car wouldn't start and he offered to lend us his jump leads if we still couldn't start it with the ones we had. That's what I call excellent customer service.

I first came across MVR a few years ago when the AA towed by car there when I broke down. I was treated very fairly & they did a good & prompt job fixing my car, ever since that time I have always taken my car to MVR & would highly recommend their workmanship & expertise.
