Great garage good friends with one of mechanics josh have had alot of problems with my ford transit, even going back to ford and them trying to get me to buy a new turbo but the garage got it all sorted for under a warranty through a turbo specialists. saved me so much money and time. recommend them to any one with problems with there motors.

Although not the easiest of garages for me to get to during the day because of the distance, that is massively compensated for by how quick and easy it is to book my vehicles in and get the issues sorted quickly and a competitive cost. one of the few garages i've felt can be trusted to get the job done correctly.

Myself and my mum have used this garage for 5+ years now. they are descant people who give fair and honest advice. this garage is not the type to add £££ onto a bill and look for extra work, they are busy enough as people know they can be trusted. also very accommodating for busy people, they have no issues with me dropping my car off the night before mot and posting the keys. this kind of service is great as i am a nurse who works strange shifts. grovefield garage is the best in the area in my opinion, i am glad we can rely on them

This was my first visit to morgan richards garage. i booked my mot for 08:30. i arrived early and was greeted by richard who made me feel welcome straight away. my car was taken in ahead of time. whilst i waiting i noticed that they had been voted autocare garage of the year for 2019 and it is easy to see why. for the previous nine years i had used another garage for all my needs but they have now closed. morgan richards were recommended to me by my daughters friend, which is always a good sign. i will now use them in the future an pass on the recommendation to others.

I just can’t fault them. i can book for servicing and mot when i need them but have also used them if i have any worries such as when the electric door doesn’t work or when the rear alights are out and i can’t figure it out. they don’t treat me like i’m a bit rubbish for not knowing and i don’t feel they overcharge me.

What an organisation, from the receptionist staff all the way through to the guys that work on your car, everyone courteous, kind and very knowledgeable. spend five minutes with mark and his staff you will know exactly what is needed for your car, no frills, unless you want them, just solid advice as to what is required. prices are upfront and respectable for the jobs that need doing and nothing seems to be missed have used this team for years and with three cars in the family constantly go back time and time again. brilliant job thanks people.

They were most accommodating to my needs...really helped me out of a situation which may have resulted in me having to give up my car, (being a senior citizen) as i couldn't afford the costs a different garage was going to charge me!! they were very competitive and i have my car back all fixed and now able to carry on driving for a bit longer.

I don’t know a great deal about cars, i go here and i’m always impressed with their knowledge and honesty. they are trustworthy and very competitive. doing an a1 job every time, to a very high standard whereby i don’t have to worry about my car getting damaged, i have my car back when promised, they keep me well updated with any works are carried out. they are never pushy, they don’t look for anything unnecessary. they give experienced advice, and when the jobs completed there’s no repeat visits with teething troubles from the repair/job -unlike a lot of garages. they are friendly and helpful, and my wife’s happy to go here too, as they listen to her and don’t do the whole “female” thing. recommend to everyone.
