I haven’t taken mine and my gf car to andrew and Mel in Elmswell a few times, they always look after us, when you don’t know much about cars you have to trust whoever is working on your car and they do a great job you can trust them and are lovely people to deal with would recommend them to anyone

Professional and friendly from beginning to end. I was so stressed when my car broke down. They sent me their address details following my call to them and RAC was able to tow it directly to them without me having to go to the garage. I explained that I needed my car for work as for every day that I don't work, I don't earn. They had my car diagnosed first thing the next morning and fixed that afternoon - less than 24 hours from when they received it! Amazing.

First time at this garage, i felt safe leaving my car with them and that they were knowledgeable on the subject and went that extra mile to get my car through the mot. they took good care of the car and i would class them as rotary friendly. i did have to pay extra for the extra work they did - which is fair enough, just wish i'd know at the time when i said ok over the phone as i could have easily done the italian tune up myself!

First time for me using this garage (my husband had previously used it for my car as an emergency repair). it was really easy to book an appointment and i liked the way that i could tick what i wanted and it gave me a price. mel was really welcoming when i walked in. some garages can still make me feel awkward, but not this one. i felt really comfortable going in there and would definitely use them again!
