The garage staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate being valued as a customer. Previously I had taken my Polo to the local VW garage but after my last bad experience I vowed never to go back ,their customer service was awful. It is good to know that there are still local garages that care.

Friendly and supportive staff. Seem well organised and trained even if they didn't diagnose a gearbox fault and gearbox failure then cost over £2000 to fix!
