We’ve all become familiar with Betway Premier League darts thanks to Approved Garages continuous sponsorship over the past three years. As usual, the Betway Premier League season started early February, and there is plenty that has happened already!
There have been some fantastic performances by darts players at the moment they most needed a point, some great interviews revealing thoughts of the players as the season evolves, funny videos starring darts players and we’ve had a whole load of activity on our social media too. Here we’ve collected our highlight moments and some of our favourite social media interactions. Be sure to check out our darts interviews from 2017.
We’ve had some fabulous promotional activity to get the Approved Garages brand out there too:
Approved Garages have always made the most of their darts partnership. We see it as an opportunity to gain new business for our garages.
We’ve hired promo girls to attend majority of the Betway Premier League darts events, to hand out branded t-shirts to the fans and collect data. These weekly darts arenas attract crowds of up to 10,000 fans.
In return, each person who leaves their details, will receive one entry into our competition to win two tickets to Las Vegas. So far, we’ve collected almost 1,000 entries into the competition.
What’s the prize for handing us their data?
Dart’s top players will take on Las Vegas in July 2017 in a World Series of Darts event at the Tropicana Casino Hotel Resort from July 13th till July 15 2017.
The lucky winner will receive:
Terms and conditions will apply to anyone who enters this competition.

We asked garages to submit a short video, holding up our Approved Garages signage card (which we posted out) and give themselves a darts related nickname to enter a competition. We’ve had some great entries into the competition, with the likes of ‘Dart Vader’ ‘Boy Racer’ and ‘Dart Destroyer’. Check out our YouTube Channel to see all the videos.
The winning technician will get a branded darts shirt with your logo, bespoke overalls, tickets to the final night of the Betway Premier League Darts at the O2 Arena, signed darts board and local publicity for your garage. 10 runners up will win customised overalls.
There’s still time to enter: (Closing date 31st March)
From Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor to Peter ‘Snakebite’ Wright, darts player’s nicknames are sometimes more famous than the players themselves!
We want you to come up with your own nickname as a garage technician, e.g. Tony ‘The Garage Guy’ Graham or Mike ‘The Mechanic’ Smith.
To enter, email your entry to [email protected] using WeTransfer.
